Ken Roczen: “The Soaring Eagle/Jimmy John’s/Suzuki Factory Racing machine has been working great all year. There are so many people I have to thank – my team, my family, my girlfriend and my trainer. We finally made it. I don’t really know what more to say right now. We have such a solid program that I’m just really happy with.”

Ci sono così tante persone che devo ringraziare – la mia squadra, la mia famiglia, la mia ragazza e il mio allenatore. Alla fine lo abbiamo conquistato questo titolo! Non so davvero cosa da dire in questo momento. Avevamo un programma estremamente valido ed io sono solo molto contento.)

Cooper Webb: “I don’t know what to say. I honestly didn’t think I would be here at the start of the season with this wrist injury and everything like that, so to be able to do this in unreal, especially in front of my home fans and the home crowd (native of nearby North Carolina). Unfortunately it wasn’t the day we wanted on the track, but we made it happen. That’s what champions are made of. You get knocked down and get right back up. We showed them (the 250 Class field) how to do it.”
(Non so cosa dire. Onestamente non pensavo ad inizio stagione che avrei conquistato il titolo a causa dell’infortunio al polso, ed essere stato in grado di farlo e irreale, soprattutto davanti ai miei tifosi e al pubblico di casa (nativo della Carolina del Nord). Purtroppo non è stato il giorno in pista che avrei voluto ma ho conquistato ugualmente il titolo. Questo è ciò che i campioni fanno. Se tutto va storto devi comunque combattere. E noi abbiamo dimostrato a tutti come farlo)
Zach Osborne: “We had a tough weekend last weekend with two DNFs and the past few weeks have just been tough for us. I’ve worked at this a long time. I almost won a moto here at Budds Creek in 2006 and it started a lot of issues for my career. It’s ironic and wholly gratifying to win here. I don’t really even know what to say. I can’t even come to terms with it, it’s just an unbelievable feeling.”
(Abbiamo avuto un weekend difficile lo scorso fine settimana con due ritiri e le ultime settimane sono state molto dure per noi. Ho lavorato per tutto questo lungo periodo. Nel 2006 ho quasi vinto una manche qua a Budds Creek e sempre in questo tracciato sono iniziati molti problemi per la mia carriera. E’ ironico e del tutto gratificante vincere qui. Io in realtà non so nemmeno cosa dire. Non riesco nemmeno a comprendere, è solo una sensazione incredibile.)
