Chad Reed al via della Monster Energy Cup 2018
Da collaudatore di eccellenza a pilota ufficiale schierato al primo appuntamento ufficiale. Un esito logico ma non scontato per Chad Reed che, dopo aver passato molte ore in sella alla Suzuki del Team JGR per affinare la moto in vista dell’imminente inizio del campionato indoor 2019, ha deciso di accettare l’invito di Jeremy Albrecht (Team manager Suzuli JGR) per partecipare alla Monster Energy Cup 2018 che si terrà a breve al Sam Boyd stadium di Las Vegas. Impossibile pronosticare se sarà un preludio ad una collaborazione anche per il campionato Supercross 2019. A seguire le dichiarazioni di Chad Reed e Jeremy Albrecht
Chad Reed: “My experience with the team at the Ironman National was awesome. The race went better than I personally thought it would, because I wasn’t in 100-percent race shape. I achieved my personal goals. Since that time, I have continued to work with the team and help test the Suzuki RM-Z450. I’m enjoying the bike and team. I am looking forward to racing the Monster Energy Cup.”
Jeremy Albrecht: “Chad Reed has been outstanding to work with,” he said. “He has proven to be a valued addition to our testing program with the Suzuki RM-Z450. I’m eager to see Reed race in Las Vegas, and I think we will turn heads. This should be fun.”
